I was walking around my property this week and pointed out to
one of my students the different ways I use Feng Shui and Qi
Gong in my home.
I told her I practice this because it brings a constant flow of
unlimited energy around me.
I live in South Florida on one of the barrier islands off the
Atlantic coast which means I always have flowing water around
me, a good sign that brings good health, wealth and happiness
into ones life.
On my property I have set up a few simple easy things to bring
more energy into my life.
I have placed a bird feeder on my front lawn and everyday I
wake up to the different sounds of green parrots, doves, and
blue jays swooping down for a bite.
The 40 foot bamboo tree at my front door sways in the wind and
the two black guard cats visit me throughout the day,
especially when they know its feeding time.
And at night, I often see possums finishing up the cat food as
they rattle the cans and knock over the water bowls.
The winter organic garden that I recently planted along the
side of my house is growing well, with the peppers already
flowering.
The back yard is loaded with banana, mango and papaya trees.
There under the big trees shaded from the hot sun, I host
private coaching sessions and spend hours doing the Recharging
Qi Gong exercises. https://www.ageofthecloud.com
I have also strategically placed wind chimes in the gardens.
The sounds of life and movement that surrounds my home brings
in a very soothing yin energy that keeps my house alive. It’s
the nature of Feng Shui and Qi Gong.
Qi Gong is the Feng Shui for your insides.
When that inner harmony arrives it will move outward and become
the true expression of Feng Shui and your external Qi.
Wishing you the best in Health Wealth, and Happiness,
Dr. Wu Dhi
