So, if you say you’re going to do something, DO IT! This will build your internal power and people including yourself can count on you. Keeping your word is the key to keeping your integrity in check. Doing what you say and being on time is a spiritual practice that will accumulate merit in this lifetime and the next ones to come.
In life, we all go through changes: some are chosen, and some are chosen for us. To be able to keep yourself centered, balanced and on purpose, you have to adapt.
