How to Learn Your Lessons while there’s Still Time

In life you are going along just fine and, then, you come
up to a puddle. It looks safe, so you venture out
into the puddle and, the next thing you know is
you are sinking over your head. I learned what not
to do after destroying one of my cars in a deep
puddle years ago. But our life is a lot more
delicate, and we usually don’t see the puddles
before it’s too late.

Are You Shocked? Or Are You Shocking?

If a major thing happens in our life such
as an unexpected move, or change in our job or
relationship, we can go into shock. I have even
heard of people winning or inheriting a large sum
of money, and the shock is so big that they become
sick. Shock is shock no matter if it is positive
or negative.

Don’t Blow Your Qi

You will start to notice as your
internal practices reach maturity that you’ll be
able to store the Qi that you generate with ease.
We actually store Qi in many different parts of
the body – the 12 main meridians, the 8
extraordinary channels, the lower Dantians, even
our physical organs and our bone marrow can be
storage places for Qi.
